Salad with arugula, bacon, goat cheese, strawberries, figs and honey

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 6 strips of bacon, aromatic
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 2 handfuls of salad mix
  • 4 dashes of oil (lemon oil)
  • 4 dashes raspberry vinegar
  • 10 strawberries
  • 4 figs
  • 1 piece(s) goat cheese
  • 8 dashes of forest honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the pine nuts and bacon. Arrange the salad with the arugula on two plates. Drizzle with lemon oil and raspberry vinegar. Chop the strawberries and figs and place them on the salad. Place the pine nuts and bacon on top. Slice the goat cheese, fry briefly, place it on the salad, and drizzle with honey.
