Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tomatoes, chopped
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g raw ham, diced
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- n. B. Herbs, Italian
- n. B. Pepper, black
- n. B. Salt
- 1 tbsp oil for frying

quick and easy pasta sauce
Dice the onion and sauté briefly in oil in a pan with the diced ham. Add the crushed garlic and fry for one minute. Then add the tomatoes, cream, tomato paste, and sugar and mix well. Season to taste and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. While the sauce is simmering, you can prepare the pasta.
