Salad with carrots, corn and cucumbers

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 cucumber(s), grated
  • 1 can of corn
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 2 shots of vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sautéed tarragon
  • some mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • possibly crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

a simple salad that tastes very good

Combine two generous splashes of vinegar with salt, pepper, and a level tablespoon of tarragon. Add grated carrots, grated cucumber, corn, and bacon. If you like your salad sweeter, you can add the water from the can of corn and perhaps replace some of the sour cream with crème fraîche to keep the marinade from becoming too thin. Highly recommended! Mix thoroughly and serve with brown bread.
