Salad with chard and yellow plum in sour cream dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chard leaves, not baby chard
  • 2 plums, light-fleshed, sweet
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp lovage
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the chard and cut into strips. Wash, pit, and dice the plums. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together. You can let the salad marinate before serving, if you like.
