Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- basil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, fry the bacon cubes until lightly browned. Blend the eggs with the cream and basil. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with the bacon and egg mixture on the now-turned-off stovetop until the egg is lightly set. Serve on warmed plates.
