Salad with fried mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce of your choice
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and wash the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into larger pieces. Grate the mushrooms and slice them. Fry the diced bacon in a hot pan until crispy, remove from the fat, and drain on kitchen paper. Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat until crispy, then remove and set aside. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix together a vinaigrette of oil, vinegar, mustard, onion, salt, and pepper. Fold in the mushrooms and finally sprinkle the bacon over the top.
