Salad with homemade soy yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g mixed salad
  • 125 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 50 ml water
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Wash and chop the mixed greens, and place them in a bowl. Mix the soy yogurt with the water and season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well.
