Salad with Mango and Chilli Dressing

The perfect salad with mango and chilli dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Root salad
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Spring onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

dressing

  • Mango
  • Chilli pepper (yellow)
  • White wine vinegar
  • Condensed milk 10% fat
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Salt
  1. Cut the salad ingredients into small pieces and embalm them with the ingredients listed.
  2. Peel the mango, cut in half and cut into pieces. Pour into a tall container and use the hand blender and the remaining ingredients to make a homogeneous mixture. I personally pass the dressing again through a fine sieve (so that no skin or fruit parts remain) directly over the salad.
  3. This salad with something e.g. Turkey meat (only briefly seared in oil) is a nice starter or snack.
