Salad with nasturtiums and sorrel in tarragon dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce (Salarico)
  • 1 handful of nasturtiums, leaves and flowers
  • 1 handful of sorrel
  • 1 tsp tarragon, freshly chopped
  • 2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim, wash, and cut the lettuce into strips. Trim and wash the nasturtiums and sorrel. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Toss all the lettuces with the dressing and sprinkle with freshly chopped tarragon and a few nasturtium blossoms. Serve on plates.
