Salad with papaya and mango pieces

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce (SalaRico)
  • ¼ papaya
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Peel, halve, deseed, and finely chop the mango and papaya. Stir together the sauce and season to taste. Toss the lettuce with the papaya, mango, and sauce and serve in bowls.
