Pancakes from the oven

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some oil to grease the bowls
  • some maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about four pieces

Mix the ingredients into a thick batter and let it rise slightly. Divide the batter among four to six greased ovenproof bowls and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes, until the pancakes are lightly browned. Remove the finished pancakes from the bowls, drizzle with maple syrup or honey, and serve.
