Salad with tuna and corn

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce, green, possibly iceberg
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • possibly salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, add the tuna (with oil, otherwise you’ll need more oil) and corn to a bowl and mix. It’s best to break the tuna into smaller pieces with two spoons. Add salt and pepper if desired (it’s delicious without). Trim or wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces (I sometimes chop it if I’m pressed for time) and add it to the bowl. Lightly fold in the ingredients and serve (also chilled in summer).
