Quick tuna salad with olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • ½ small jar of olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

made easy and quick

Drain the tuna and shred it in a bowl. It’s quickest if you use a fork to scrape the tuna out of the can. Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl. Dice the feta cheese and add it to the bowl. Drain the olives and add them. Whisk together the vinegar and oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and oregano. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss everything gently.
