Salad with zucchini, tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of leaf lettuce
  • ½ zucchini (mini)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ ball of mozzarella
  • 100 g buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs, e.g. chives and parsley
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the lettuce. Wash the zucchini and slice or grate it. Wash the tomato, remove the stem, and cut into eighths or dice. Finely chop the mozzarella. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Arrange the lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, and mozzarella on plates or in bowls and pour the dressing over it.
