Salads: Tomato and Pepper Salad

  • 1 kg Panicle tomatoes
  • 2 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tsp Honey liquid
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  1. First wash and drain the tomatoes and peppers. Halve the tomatoes, quarter them and remove the steep roots and eighth again. Halve the peppers, remove the stalks, the seeds and the walls of the vagina, cut the peppers into c1-1 cm thick strips, the strips about the length of the tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
