Tomato Pepper Salad
The perfect tomato pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Baby peppers
- 100 g Feta
- 2 Dates
- 2 teaspoon Chopped pistachios
- Coriander leaves
- Onion rings red
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic date
- 1 teaspoon Harissa
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Core the peppers and cut into rings. Cut the cheese into slices. Core the dates and cut into small pieces. Pluck the coriander leaves into small pieces.
- Place these ingredients on a plate with the pistachios and onion rings.
- Whisk the olive oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper, harissa and a pinch of sugar and drizzle over the salad.
