Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g kohlrabi
- 100 g bell pepper(s)
- 100 g tomatoes
- 100g salami
- 100 g peanuts
- 100 ml buttermilk
- salt and pepper
- n. B. garlic granules
- n. B. Curry
- e.g. oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the vegetables evenly into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Dice the salami, fry or roast it slightly with the peanuts, and add it to the bowl. For the dressing, combine the buttermilk with the spices and season to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Serve in bowls and enjoy. Tips: The salad also tastes great if you use turkey instead of salami and sunflower or pine nuts instead of peanuts! It’s normal for the peanuts to be a bit soft right after roasting. They’ll be nice and crispy once they cool in the salad.
