Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Leberkäse
  • 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 sachet of mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches of mustard (medium hot)
  • Salt
  • Vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the Leberkäse (liver sausage), pickles, and apples into thin strips. Mix in the chopped onions, capers, and mayonnaise, and season with mustard, salt, vinegar, and pepper. You can also roll the salad in thin slices of cheese and sprinkle them with paprika.
