super delicious say my children

Wash the potatoes and boil them with their skins on. I boil the eggs in the same water to save energy. Remove the eggs from the water after about 10 minutes and rinse them. Dice the onion and finely slice the spring onion. Now chop the salmon and gherkins as desired (I cut the salmon into pieces about 1×1 cm). Peel the cooked potatoes and chop them, as well as peel and chop the eggs. Mix everything well and add the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and vinegar, and add the dill. It’s best to let it marinate well.
