Pasta and minced meat salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche, or crème légère
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bowl of pure instant bouillon (beef)
  • 1 bunch herbs (salad herbs)
  • 1 pack of ready-made mix (Saladfix)
  • 5 tbsp sauce (taco sauce)
  • 500 g minced beef or mixed
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

ideal for parties

Cook the pasta with a little salt until al dente, rinse, and transfer to a bowl. Brown the ground beef with finely diced onion until crumbly and season with a little beef stock. Then spread over the pasta. Dice the tomatoes and cheese and add them to the pasta along with the chopped herbs and corn. Mix the crème fraîche and taco sauce with the salad dressing and balsamic vinegar and pour over the pasta. Mix everything together and let it sit. You can vary the salad as desired. It’s ideal as a main meal or as a party salad.
