Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 1 pack of butter (wild garlic) or herb butter
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 2 balls of mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

tastes good warm or cold

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Cut the baguette into thin slices, spread with wild garlic or herb butter. Top with one slice each of salmon and mozzarella, and bake in the oven until the mozzarella is crispy.
