Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 butter, room temperature
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Lemon(s) – zest, freshly grated
  • 100 salmon, smoked
  • pepper
  • 2 dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream together the butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Finely chop the salmon with a mincing knife. Mix it with the butter along with the pepper and dill. Pour the salmon butter into a container, smooth the surface, cover, and refrigerate.
