Salmon casserole

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 4 packs of salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 pack of crab or shrimp
  • 2 bags of soup (Scandinavian crab soup)
  • 3 cups of cream
  • some cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish (you can thaw it beforehand). Sprinkle with crab (North Sea crab is still best) or shrimp, if desired. Whisk together the cream and soup and pour over the mixture. Add the grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
