Salmon cocktail

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
  • 20 g gherkins
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Amuse-bouche

Finely chop the eggs and gherkins. Blend the garlic with a little salt to form a paste. Combine everything in a shallow bowl with the smoked salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, and parsley. Mix or mash with a fork until slightly fluffy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide among glasses and serve as a small appetizer, perhaps with half a slice of toast or crackers. Tip: Leftovers also make a great spread.
