Salmon cream sauce for pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. tagliatelle or other
  • 500 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • butter
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the salmon. While it’s still slightly frozen, wash it and cut it into fairly small cubes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Heat butter in a pan and fry the salmon cubes on all sides for about 5 minutes. Add the cream. Season with vegetable stock, tomato paste, and pepper, and bring back to a boil. Serve with the pasta.
