Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g smoked salmon, fresh, not from the foil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 400 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the salmon into small pieces. Finely chop the dill as well. Combine the other ingredients in a smooth cream and add the salmon. Mix gently. Garnish with a little dill. The amount is for a snack. You can serve this delicious dip on pumpernickel or crackers. It also works well on a cold buffet.
