Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s), thin, (Dürüm) from the Turkish grocery store
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped dill tips
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate or finely crumble the feta and mix with the crème fraîche, mustard, and dill. Briefly heat the dürüm flatbread (50°C, approx. 2 minutes) and spread a thin layer of 2/3 of the cream. Spread the smoked salmon evenly over the cream and spread the remaining cream over the salmon. Wrap the flatbread tightly into a roll. Trim the ends of the roll and, depending on how you want to serve it, cut into slices (at least 0.5 cm thick, e.g., on appetizer spoons) or wider pieces. This is best done with a tomato knife.
