Salmon Fillet with Basil

Ingredients
 

  • Basil
  • 3 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 800 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 2 Lemons untreated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid

Instructions
 

  • 8 Wash basil stalks, pat dry, pluck leaves and roughly chop. Coarsely crush the peppercorns. Mix the salt with the crushed pepper. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and place skin side down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Rub the fillet with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped basil. Cook in a preheated oven at 80 ° C for about 60 minutes (+/- 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet).
  • In the meantime, wash the lemons with hot water and rub dry. Finely grate the peel, halve the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Mix the lemon zest and juice with the olive oil and honey. Take the salmon fillet out of the oven. Drizzle with the sauce and let it steep for 10 minutes.
