Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • 2 slices Toast
  • 1 cup Bruschetta
  • 1 tbsp Kerrygold for frying
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese with tomatoes and herbs
  • 3 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the tube to 150 ° C circulating air. Wash salmon and pat dry. Season with salt and lemon juice. Put the Kerrygold in a baking dish and rub it out with it. Put fish in it.
  • Debark the toast and cut into small pieces. Mix with the grated Parmesan. Spread the bruschetta on the fish, top with the toast and cheese mixture. Now decorate with a dollop of tomato cream cheese and a flake of butter.
  • Put everything in the tube for about 20 minutes. Rocket risotto goes well with it (see my KB) I used spice flowers to garnish the plates.
