  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • 2 Discs Toast
  • 1 a cup Bruschetta
  • 1 tbsp Kerrygold for frying
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese with tomatoes and herbs
  • 3 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  1. Preheat the tube to 150 ° C circulating air. Wash salmon and pat dry. Season with salt and lemon juice. Put the Kerrygold in a baking dish and rub it out with it. Put fish in it.
  1. Debark the toast and cut into small pieces. Mix with the grated Parmesan. Spread the bruschetta on the fish, top with the toast and cheese mixture. Now decorate with a dollop of tomato cream cheese and a flake of butter.
  1. Put everything in the tube for about 20 minutes. Rocket risotto goes well with it (see my KB) I used spice flowers to garnish the plates.
