Salmon Fillet with Noodles

The perfect salmon fillet with noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Cream
  • 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 5 tsp Mustard
  • Dill
  • 350 g Pasta
  1. Pepper and salt the salmon fillets. Heat the oil and butter and fry the fillets on both sides. Keep warm.
  2. Heat the crème fraîche, cream and mustard and reduce a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the dill (1/2 bunch), cut into small pieces and add to the sauce.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets with sauce and pasta on plates.
  4. TIP: You can use sour cream instead of crème fraîche – saves calories.
