Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Cream
- 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 5 tsp Mustard
- Dill
- 350 g Pasta
Instructions
- Pepper and salt the salmon fillets. Heat the oil and butter and fry the fillets on both sides. Keep warm.
- Heat the crème fraîche, cream and mustard and reduce a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the dill (1/2 bunch), cut into small pieces and add to the sauce.
- Arrange salmon fillets with sauce and pasta on plates.
- TIP: You can use sour cream instead of crème fraîche - saves calories.
