Salmon Fillet with Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 200 g Cream
  • 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 5 tsp Mustard
  • Dill
  • 350 g Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Pepper and salt the salmon fillets. Heat the oil and butter and fry the fillets on both sides. Keep warm.
  • Heat the crème fraîche, cream and mustard and reduce a little. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the dill (1/2 bunch), cut into small pieces and add to the sauce.
  • Arrange salmon fillets with sauce and pasta on plates.
  • TIP: You can use sour cream instead of crème fraîche - saves calories.
