Salmon Fillet with Cucumber Sauce
The perfect salmon fillet with cucumber sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmon fillet
- 500 g Salmon fillet -TK
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
Cucumber sauce
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Butter
- 1 Herb butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Milk
- Food starch
- Dill
Laugh fillet
- Let the salmon fillet thaw, wash and pat dry. I always need the dark center piece, it sometimes tastes a bit tranquil and our cat is happy about it.
- Now drizzle the salmon fillet with lemon, season with salt and pepper, turn a little in flour and fry until golden on both sides in hot oil.
Cucumber skewers
- Peel the cucumber, cut in half and remove the core with the help of a spoon, peel and dice the onion.
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the cucumber and onion in it.
- Now add the butter and herb butter, sprinkle with flour so that a kind of roux is created, deglaze with the vegetable stock and milk and bring to the boil while stirring and cook for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Season the resulting cucumber sauce and stir in the dill
Serving
- Put the sauce on a plate, sprinkle the salmon fillet with a few pink berries and serve with a lemon wedge
