- 400 g herb cream cheese
- 2 tbsp herbs (e.g. chives, parsley, dill)

Cut the salmon into very fine strips. Place it in a bowl with the cream cheese and herbs, mix well, and refrigerate for at least six hours. It’s perfect as a filling, dip, or spread.
