Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g smoked trout(s)
- 2 tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
- 150 g cream cheese with horseradish
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground, black

Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper, and serve with fresh baguette.
