Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets, approx. 250 g each, frozen
  • 900 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Thaw the creamed spinach in a shallow casserole dish. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil in a pan until translucent. Mix the cream cheese, onion, garlic, and granulated stock (increase or decrease the amount as desired) with the spinach. Place the thawed or thawed salmon pieces on the spinach and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Press the salmon pieces into the spinach and pull the spinach over the spinach so that the salmon pieces are completely covered. Bake in an oven preheated to 185°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes on the middle rack. Serve with pasta. This recipe serves 4 without a side dish; with pasta, it serves about 6.
