Salmon in dill sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 salmon fillets
  • 1 onion(s) or shallot
  • 1 tbsp dill, dried
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp, levelled honey
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Rinse the salmon fillet and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in a heatproof dish. Dice the onion (shallot) and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Deglaze with white wine, then stir in the dill, mustard, and honey. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly, season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salmon and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. Tip: The white wine can also be replaced with broth.
