especially delicious with daikon radish sprouts, radish sprouts, radish sprouts or similar.

Spread the tortillas out side by side. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and spread it on the tortillas. Clean the cucumber and slice it thinly, lengthwise, crosswise, or diagonally as desired. Rinse and sort any sprouts, if desired, and set a few aside. Top the tortillas with cucumber slices and ham, scatter the sprouts on top, season as desired, and roll them up into wraps. Cut the wraps in half and serve garnished with the remaining sprouts. If I’m in a hurry, I bake my wraps like this: Whisk together 140 ml milk and 70 g flour, stir in 1 egg, and bake 2-3 flatbreads/pancakes. These wraps are a bit softer, but they also taste good and are ready super quickly. Instead of the ham, you can also use smoked turkey breast, some smoked trout, or smoked salmon, or something similar. This amount is perfect as a snack for two—or for one hungry person.
