Salmon lasagna with spinach

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 lasagna sheets without pre-cooking, more if needed
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of creamed spinach, frozen
  • 300 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
  • 250 ml milk, hot
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 ½ tbsp Flour, more if needed
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Garlic salt
  • onion salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Thaw the spinach in a saucepan over low heat in a little water and half of the cream to create a liquid sauce. Season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, melt the margarine, add the flour, and brown briefly. Deglaze with the hot milk. Add the cream and water (amount as needed). Season with plenty of tomato paste, garlic and onion, salt, and pepper. Cut the salmon into small cubes while it is still semi-frozen. Layer the sauce, lasagna sheets, spinach, lasagna sheets, sauce, salmon cubes, lasagna sheets, sauce, and grated cheese in a medium-sized baking dish. Cook at 180-200°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
