Salmon noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets, frozen or fresh
  • 375 ml cream
  • 5 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Cut the salmon into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salmon. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Pour over the salmon sauce and mix everything together. A really simple and quick, but above all, delicious meal.
