Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 plate/s salmon, smoked
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Finely dice the garlic and sauté it in olive oil (very lightly). Slice the smoked salmon into strips and add it. Stir in the pasta, cream, and parsley. Done.
