  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Würzsalz see my KB: http://www./rezept/436996/Wuerzsalz-mit-Safran.html
  • 5 drops Spicy oil is produced in-house for spaghetti ingredients

Garlic spaghetti

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 piece Green chili peppers finely chopped without seeds
  • 0,5 Can Tuna canned drained in oil
  • 10 drops Würzöl see my KB: http://www./rezept/469829/Vorratsoel-Marinadenoel-Wuerzoel-mehr-oder-weniger-scharf.html
  • 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  1. Salmon: The special thing about this recipe is that the salmon is only fried on the skin.
  2. Heat a pan with the olive oil (medium heat). Place the salmon skin side down in the pan and weigh it down from above. I used a ceramic casserole dish for this.
  3. This is important so that the skin side rests completely on the bottom of the pan. It will be crispy throughout. Since I don’t season the skin side, I mix a few drops of my spicy reserve oil into the olive oil.
  4. When the skin is well seared, the temperature is reset. Now you can also remove the ceramic mold (or whatever). Season with pepper and seasoning salt. The salmon is now slowly cooking.
  5. When it is on the way to the cooking point of your choice, some butter is added to the pan and it doesn’t hurt if some of it is spread over the salmon and now and then pours the melted butter over it.
  6. When the salmon has reached the desired cooking point, you can see my cooking point (still slightly glassy) on the second picture. This is how my sweetheart likes him, for me alone I would prefer him more glassy. But compromises are more common in marriage.
  7. I served the salmon skin up (to keep it crispy) on garbage paghetti.
  8. Knobispaghetti: Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente and drain.
  9. Sauté the knobi and chilli in a little olive oil in the wok. Now add the spaghetti and tuna and the rest of the olive oil.
  10. Then stir in the herbs and woke everything together a few times. Season to taste with the seasoning oil, pepper and salt.
