Ingredients
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 Size Red onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 El. Water
- 2 El Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tl Sugar
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic cloves.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices or cubes
- Mix the oil with the water, the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, add the tomatoes, onions and garlic, mix everything well and serve garnished with the diced goat cheese.
