Ingredients
 

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 Size Red onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 El. Water
  • 2 El Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tl Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onion and garlic cloves.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices or cubes
  • Mix the oil with the water, the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, add the tomatoes, onions and garlic, mix everything well and serve garnished with the diced goat cheese.
