  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 pack of salmon (smoked salmon)
  • n. B. horseradish
  • dill
  • chives
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the puff pastry with horseradish and arrange the salmon on top. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired, and tightly roll up the puff pastry. Place seam-down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with a beaten egg. Press in the ends with a fork and brush with the egg. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden yellow. Delicious hot or cold. It can be prepared cold a day in advance—ideal as a party snack—and also delicious with a cheese and ham filling!
