Salmon Rolls with Mixed Vegetables
The perfect salmon rolls with mixed vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmon Rolls:
- 250 g Salmon (here: TK from Aldi Nord)
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Oil
Salad mix:
- 1 Package Snack Vegetable Mix / 500 g (Here: From Aldi Nord)
- 2 Spring onions
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 4 Strong pinches of salt
- 4 Strong pinches of pepper
To garnish:
- 2 Mini tomato halves
- 4 Green onion stem
- Thaw the salmon and dice it into small pieces. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Separate the egg. Put all ingredients (diced salmon, spring onion rings, diced garlic cloves, yellow, 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper) in a bowl and mix well. Beat the white egg until stiff and fold / mix into the meatball mixture. Shape 4 meatballs with moistened hands and slowly fry them in a pan with oil (6 tbsp) on both sides for approx. Always turn carefully. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables (mixed vegetables and spring onions) and dress / season with olive oil (4 tbsp), liquid honey (1 tbsp), salt (4 big pinches) and pepper (4 big pinches). Serve the salmon buns with the vegetable mix and garnished with tomato halves and spring onion stalks.
