- 1 cup cream cheese with horseradish
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard

Cut the baguette into slices and arrange them on a serving plate. Season the cream cheese with horseradish (I get it like this at the store, but you can also mix it yourself) and lemon juice. Chop the smoked salmon and spring onions as finely as possible. Place them in a bowl and toss with the olive oil and mustard. Spread the cream cheese and lemon spread generously on the baguette slices, then spread the salmon mixture on the bread.
