Salmon spaghetti

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack of salmon (smoked salmon)
  • Garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, finely chop the bell peppers (you can do this with a hand blender; I have a special attachment for that) and sauté them in a pan with a little water. You can do this for 10 minutes or 1 hour, depending on your time. Deglaze with a small splash of white wine, but let it evaporate. Then add the whipped cream and reduce it to a nice sauce. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Finally, add the salmon in small pieces. Mix with the freshly cooked spaghetti (al dente).
