Salmon – Spinach – Pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 dough (yeast dough), prepared for a baking sheet (see basic recipes)
  • 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 400 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 400 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 400 g cheese, grated (pizza cheese)
  • 150 g almonds, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • herbs, Italian
  • lemon juice
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the spinach with the crushed garlic according to the package instructions and drain. Cut the salmon into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle with oregano. Place the salmon and spinach on top. Sprinkle generously with almonds, herbs, and pizza cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
