Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar salmon schnitzel (salmon substitute) in oil, (approx. 125 g)
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tsp, sautéed capers
  • 150 g cream cheese with horseradish
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also very good to use as a dip

Drain the salmon schnitzel on kitchen paper. Dice the shallot and finely chop the capers. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Do not add salt. Season with pepper. Finally, stir in the parsley.
