Salmon Steak with Fried Potatoes

The perfect salmon steak with fried potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes mainly waxy
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Salmon steak
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Hot pink paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • Olive oil
  • Clarified butter
  1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into even cubes. Peel and dice the onion. Put on a pan (preferably an iron pan) and heat the clarified butter. Add the potato cubes and the onion. Season with salt, pepper and the paprika and a pinch of sugar. Now let it sear patiently, stir or swirl and continue to fry. The potatoes take about 25-30 minutes.
