Salmon tartare

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g smoked salmon
  • 80 g salmon, fresh, trimmed of fat
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch coriander, fresh
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) white pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the shallot and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent. Then set aside. Finely chop both types of salmon into tartar, season with salt, pepper, and coriander, and add the sautéed shallot. Let everything simmer. Shape the salmon tartar with an ice cream scoop and serve in a glass with fresh herbs such as dill or chives. Tip: If you don’t like raw fish, you can also fry the tartar in olive oil.
