Salmon Toast with Capers and Onion

- 1 packet Wild salmon, smoked, sliced
- 4 Discs Box white bread
- 50 g Cream cheese, neutral
- 8 Pc. Lettuce leaves
- 4 tsp Capers from the jar
- 2 Pc. Eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 Pc. Onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Red pepper flakes
- Toast the box of bread slices, brush with cream cheese. Spread the lettuce, drape 2 slices of salmon and top with 2 egg slices. Salt and pepper. Place onion slices, add capers and sprinkle with paprika flakes. If you want, you can lightly sprinkle the salmon with lemon juice.
