Salmon Toast with Capers and Onion

The perfect salmon toast with capers and onion recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Wild salmon, smoked, sliced
  • 4 Discs Box white bread
  • 50 g Cream cheese, neutral
  • 8 Pc. Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tsp Capers from the jar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 Pc. Onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Red pepper flakes
  1. Toast the box of bread slices, brush with cream cheese. Spread the lettuce, drape 2 slices of salmon and top with 2 egg slices. Salt and pepper. Place onion slices, add capers and sprinkle with paprika flakes. If you want, you can lightly sprinkle the salmon with lemon juice.
